AirCar Prototye 1 was officially granted Certificate of Airworthiness.  The challenging flight tests included the full range of flight and performance manoeuvres and demonstrated an astonishing static and dynamic stability in aircraft mode.  AirCar flew 70+ hours of test flights, including cross country flights with 200 takeoffs and landings.  AirCar production models are due in 2023.  A private pilot license will be required to fly it.  The price of the AirCar will start at $550,000.
