This is a commercial by Daiichi, a Japanese video game company.  Translation:  Daiichi means "1st" in Japanese.  In the commercial the announcer introduces "In lane #1" and the swimmers' names.  The catch phrase at the end says "Genius at everything you play."  The commercial is a play on the word Daiichi - the name of the company and "being 1st."
