"I jumped from this glider in Crimea.  I and my friend Igor stopped at the small air club and found out that there is a chance to book a glider flight.  We asked if we can also jump from it (both of us are skydivers so when we travel we have our skydiving equipment with).  It was a pretty unique experience to climb out to the wing and then to roll out.  To this day, it’s one of the most memorable jumps I did.  A glider or sailplane is a type of glider aircraft used in the leisure activity and sport of gliding (also called soaring).  This unpowered aircraft can use naturally occurring currents of rising air in the atmosphere to gain altitude.   Occurred on August 15, 2017 / Koktebel, South Eastern Crimea
